What is FMS Studio?
A growth technology studio focused on AI-assisted lead systems, conversion experiences, booking automation, and—when needed—payments and custom software. We are built for operators who want infrastructure, not a vague monthly retainer.
Who should work with FMS Studio?
Service businesses and professionals with real capacity to respond to leads: home services, medical and wellness, legal, professional services, real estate, SaaS, and other categories on our Industries hub.
How the service works
What is the typical journey?
Consultation → qualification → onboarding and agreement → activation/setup → AI-generated assets and pages → local visibility and capture wiring → booking and automation → launch and optimization. Details are on How We Work.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
Agencies often sell hours or creative packages. We deploy systems: onboarding, tiers, documented deliverables, automation, and per-lead economics where applicable. We are also not a lead vendor reselling the same names to competitors.
Pricing, activation, and refunds
What is an activation or setup fee?
A one-time fee covering provisioning, configuration, and initial build work for your tier. The amount is disclosed before you pay, typically at checkout or on your invoice.
Are activation fees refundable?
Generally, activation and setup fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless your written agreement says otherwise. See Partner Terms.
Is the first lead really free?
For new partners, the first qualified lead may be provided at no charge when explicitly stated in your proposal or checkout flow. After that, per-lead charges apply per your active tier.
Why do you keep a card on file?
We use saved payment methods (processed by Stripe) to bill activation, per-lead charges, tier upgrades, and past-due balances as described in Partner Terms—so service continuity does not depend on manual invoicing for every event.
When are per-lead refunds considered?
If a booking is cancelled before completion and a charge was already processed, a refund may be issued at our discretion or as your agreement states. Disputes should start with hello@fms.studio before chargebacks.
Lead generation and performance expectations
Do you guarantee a number of leads or revenue?
No. Market, offer, geography, and follow-up speed all matter. We build systems to improve capture, qualification, and booking—not to promise a fixed lead count.
What does "qualified lead" mean?
Criteria are aligned to your business during onboarding (service area, intent, budget signals, etc.). Exact definitions are scoped in your agreement or tier documentation.
Onboarding and setup
What do you need from me during onboarding?
Accurate business identity, services, markets, brand inputs, contacts, and agreement acceptance. Delays or incomplete data slow configuration and asset production.
How long does setup take?
Timelines depend on tier, scope, and how quickly you complete onboarding tasks. We provide expectations after qualification—not one-size-fits-all dates.
Website, landing pages, SEO, and content
What are "generated assets"?
AI-assisted landing pages, SEO-oriented pages (such as service-area or FAQ content), creative copy, prompts, and related materials delivered under your tier. Types and regeneration limits are described in Partner Terms.
Will you replace my entire website?
Not necessarily. Many partners add focused funnel pages and content modules that integrate with existing properties. Scope is defined per engagement.
Booking and consultations
How do strategy calls work?
Initial consultations are typically booked via Calendly. They are free; paid work begins after agreed scope and terms.
How do you reduce no-shows and scheduling friction?
Automated confirmations, reminders, and CRM/calendar integration—so prospects get a concrete next step instead of phone tag.

Can you integrate with my CRM or stack?

Do you build payment flows?

Support, revisions, and collaboration
How do revisions and regenerations work?
Tiers include a defined number of asset regenerations; additional work may incur fees. Support channels and response expectations follow your agreement.
What if my account is past due?
Unresolved balances may restrict new bookings, pause generation, or take published pages offline until resolved, as described in Partner Terms.
