The Partner Journey

Every engagement follows this sequence. Steps are transparent, fees are disclosed before they apply, and the process is designed around measurable outcomes — not billable hours.

Step 0 — Invitation

FMS Studio remains invite-only. There are two paths to that invitation, and both converge at the same Discover step below.

  • Apply at apply.fms.studio — a short 3-step intake form (Profile / Customers / Services) followed by AI-scored review. Decision within 2 business days.
  • Exclusive invite — when FMS Studio identifies a business that fits the cohort proactively, we issue an invitation directly. Same vetting bar, no application required.

Accepted partners receive an invitation and proceed to Step 1. We onboard 4–6 partners each quarter.

Discovery & Consultation

Invited partners begin with a discovery call — booked from the acceptance email. We clarify your market, offer, capacity, and where revenue is leaking — speed-to-lead, booking, follow-up, payments, or operations. If you haven't applied yet, start at apply.fms.studio.

Partner Qualification & Fit

We work with operators who can support inbound demand — realistic response times, clear service boundaries, and ethical offers. If the fit isn't mutual, we say so early. Qualification protects both parties before onboarding fees apply.

Invite, Agreement & Onboarding

Qualified partners complete onboarding: business identity, service details, market inputs, contact data, and agreement acceptance. Onboarding includes a structured activation form per Partner Terms. See the full launch prep checklist so nothing gets missed. Accurate inputs directly affect timelines and asset quality.

Activation & Setup

Activation and setup fees (when applicable) cover provisioning, configuration, and initial build work. Amounts and tier features are disclosed at checkout before payment. Unless your agreement states otherwise, activation is non-refundable once work commences.

AI-Generated Assets & Landing Pages

We produce AI-assisted landing experiences, SEO-oriented pages, creative variants, and supporting copy aligned to your brand inputs. Asset types and regeneration allowances depend on your tier. You receive a business-use license upon payment per Partner Terms.
